Latest phase of the development of the Abbeyfield Extra Care homes to provide six stand alone Independent Living Units together with communal dining room served from main buildings through separate decant kitchen.
The build also provided a communal day room and small kitchen serving both parts of the complex.
Major re-landscaping and formation of hard surfaces to form patios and walkways.
