 New House, Kingston St Mary, Taunton
A new four bedroom property was built in the grounds of an existing house. The site was in a prominent position on the frontage of a Conservation Area, adjoining Listed Buildings. Negotiations took place with the Conservation and Planning Officers to establish the principles. The design was visually broken down to break up the building to follow the scale of adjacent properties which had evolved with small extensions.
