Located in the heart of a new residential development, this local shopping centre is laid out to provide a prominent and highly visible frontage, with links to the local footpath network, making it a popular facility. The design provides one major convenience store and six smaller shop units, together with two flats, and a linking covered canopy. Easily accessible car parking is directly outside with a concealed service yard at the rear. The design follows the local style of brick and tiled pitched roofs.
