 New Housing Development, Mill Lane,

A small development of six houses designed on land close to the centre of the village for a local builder/developer.
The houses were subject to strict planning requirements and selection of materials, colours and external planting. A new access to the site had to be formed, with a dwelling on the route of the new road effectively 'cut in half' and remodeled to provide the necessary land and visibility splays.
