Good architectural design benefits the client in terms of productivity as well as selling their products or services. We believe the design should be able to stand the test of time and not look dated. We do not, out of preference, advocate designs which may be at the 'cutting edge' as these often involve unproven construction technologies and building methods, which may lead to future problems. Good, sound, reliable technical detailing of the construction is essential for low maintenance, low running costs and long life. With the ever changing needs of clients, together varying with social and working conditions we believe the building should be constructed with as much flexibility for changes as is practically possible. We have developed more than an interest and knowledge os sustainability and consider this issue in all our buildings, but tested first for cost effectiveness and practicality for the specific project.
